Usefulness of Group Call - 2 - Customer-facing

Here's what one segment, the customer-facing professionals said about the usefulness of Group Call service.
Group call. Imagine that you get a message on your cell phone labeled ‘Manager’s Group Call’ and as you accept the call, the system plays a message from her that there is an emergency board meeting and she needs you to participate in a conference call right now. The system invites you to hit number sign to join the call. You enter the conference call immediately.
